I have the same problem and I bought the disc game. I can play Warzone but not the campaign and multi-player. It says as stated in this threads title and when I checked installed add-ons, the Multi-player Pack and Campaign Packs 1 and 2 are installed but I cannot play them. Should I delete if fro. My PS4 and let it install all over again? Click on a playlist either multi campaign or spec ops and it should pop up with an install list, click on data pack 1 hello all, i have been hit with the dreaded INSTALLATION SUSPENDED fix since June 18, 2021. i then reached out to Activision support, and what they instructed me to do worked. i will start this post with my correspondence with Activision support and you must do as i have done and in order in order to get rid of INSTALLATION SUSPENDED. I wish I could get rid of war zone and Cold War. Fixed mine bye letting it finish downloading, then once I got to the screen for all three games (CW/WZ/MW) selected R3 for File Management.
